Education Leader & Nominated Supervisor
Cares R Us Family Day Care Education Leader is a diploma qualified early childhood educator with experience in early childhood education. The Education Leader is responsible to lead an experienced team of field coordinators who provide educator, parent and regulatory support on a day to day basis. As Nominated Supervisor, the Education Leader is also responsible for ensuring families receive a quality child care service through the development and implementation of appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines. Monitor the placement and registration of children, undertake regular service evaluation in consultation with service users and staff. The Nominated Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining Workplace Health and Safety procedures and manage complaints from educators and Parents.
Cares R Us Family Day Care founder Mostafa Mohamed has experience in organising educational programs, assisting with lessons and collaborating with other professionals to provide the highest level of education for students. He is an educational supervisor who enjoys assisting children who require extra support to complete tasks and learn new concepts. Mostafa is detail-oriented and an organized person who focuses on evaluating student progression and adapting lesson plans to facilitate learning and growth.
Cares R Us FDC Field Coordinators are responsible for the resourcing and support of Cares R Us Family Day Care Educators to provide programs and childcare of high quality. Cares R Us Field Coordinators do home visits to educators,on a regular basis. Cares R Us Family Day Care coordinators need to be highly organised and possess strong leadership skills. As Director of Cares R Us Family Day Care Mostafa is responsible to motivate, develop and lead Cares R Us Family Day Care. His areas of focus are:
Ensure Cares R Us Family Day Care is well co-ordinated with other relevant services in the local area and promote Family Day Care as a quality child care service.
Building and maintaining a strong network within the community
Developing and maintaining budget plans ensuring sustainable outcomes
Providing leadership and assistance to staff
Manage the Finances & Admin operations of the Family Day Care
Developing a nurturing and caring culture within staff and educators
Take feedback from key stakeholders, eg educators and work to build improvements to the family day care.
Administration & Client Officer
Our Administration and Client Officer is responsible to manage the day-to-day administration activities of Cares R Us Family Day Care Scheme. This position will be the first person educators and families will meet before being forwarded to the correct staff member in our family day care service.
The Admin officer will also be responsible in handling Time sheet submissions by educators. Also sending out payment summaries and answering queries in relation to time sheets and payments.
